Per eviction: $750.00 (includes drafting 10 day notice to quit; drafting notice and petition; Court appearance; drafting Warrant and Judgment; coordination of eviction between client and Sheriff's Department) This aspect of the fee schedule may be broken down as follows:

The client is responsible for process server fees, Court filing fees, Sheriff's fees and similar costs.

Each additional Court appearance is billed at $250.00 MINIMUM depending upon time in Court.

Additional fees are billed on a per case basis for drafting Court pleadings such as opposition papers to Orders to Show Cause, motions, etc.

Additional fees of $150.00 per matter for New York City (5 boroughs)

R.E.O. Closings:

$890.00 (includes drafting of contract of sale; transmittal to buyers' counsel; review title report; coordination of clearance of simple title objections; scheduling of closing; attendance at and supervision of closing; transmittal of closing papers including closing statement and funds). Additional fees for complex title clearance, overnight services, wire fees and disbursements may apply.

A cancellation fee of $150.00 may be charged for each matter where a contract of sale is prepared and transmitted to buyers' counsel, but the matter is not consummated. Additional fees may apply if additional services have been performed.
